Phoebe is a quiet and shy girl who is over a year old. She is used to dogs and other cats, but does not always like other cats. She needs lots of love and special attention to help her come out of her shell and when she does she is a very affectionate girl who purrs loudly while being held. She is a special girl who needs a patient and understanding and very loving home.
